"Healthy queen, settled in fast"
I ordered a queen from Mann Lake and she showed up looking strong and healthy. She was moving around well, and I didn’t notice anything off with her. The hive took to her fast, maybe within a day or two. It’s been about 3-ish weeks now and she’s laying nicely. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out...

I got clear emails letting me know where my order was and when it shipped, which was really nice. I didn’t have to sit there wondering if it had gone out yet or keep checking the tracking over and over, though I probably still glanced at it once or twice out of habit. Overall it was smooth and easy.

The package arrived in good shape, and right away I had a good feeling about the queen. She looked healthy, and the bees seemed to settle in fast and start building up quicker than I expected. There were a few dead bees in the package, which made me pause a little at first, but it didn’t seem like anything serious. Overall, my gut says this was a good buy, and I’d order again.

"Helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure if it had gone through correctly. I emailed Mann Lake and they got back to me the next day, which I appreciated. They got it sorted out without too much hassle, although I did have to follow up once. Overall, the service was good and the people were helpful. A friend had recommended them to me, and I’d say the experience was still a positive one.

Got here quick, which feels like a small miracle these days. I was half expecting the usual shipping nonsense where the tracking sits in one place forever, but nope, it actually arrived without any drama. No real issues at all, which is exactly how it should be

I ordered a few beekeeping supplies from Mann Lake after comparing prices with a couple other places, and their prices were fair. Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but it wasn’t terrible either. The items seem okay so far for what I paid, though I’m still a little unsure how the quality will hold up over time. Overall, I’m satisfied enough and would probably order from them again if the prices stay about the same.

I had a smooth time using mannlakeltd.com overall. The pages loaded fast, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around forever. The search and categories were clear, and checkout was simple, which I always appreciate when ordering online. That said, I did feel a little misled by how some of the info was presented, like I expected one thing and then noticed details later that changed my impression. I’d probably still use the site again, but I’d double-check everything more carefully next time

I sent my item back and did have to follow up about the refund, which was a little annoying. To be fair, it did come through after about a week, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked

I have ordered a few things from Mann Lake Ltd, and the durability has been a bit hit or miss for me. Some pieces have held up just fine with regular use, but a couple of items felt lighter than I expected and started showing wear quickly. It is not awful by any means, but it is not always as sturdy as I was hoping. For the price, I think it is okay, but I would definitely give everything a good look when it arrives

I’ve been really happy with this gear so far. It feels solid, reliable, and like it was actually made to hold up instead of falling apart after a little bit of use. I wasn’t expecting anything overly fancy, but it definitely does what I need it to do, and I’ve had no real complaints. Just a good, dependable piece of gear all around.

I ordered from mannlakeltd.com and the product itself was totally fine, but am I the only one who found the assembly instructions a little confusing? A few steps felt like they were kind of skipped over, so I kept going back to the pictures to make sure I wasn’t missing something. I did get it put together eventually, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Overall, not a bad product, just not as straightforward to set up as I expected.

The bees were ready when I arrived, which was great, but the pickup took longer than I thought it would. I guess I was expecting it to be a quick in-and-out based on what I’d been told, so I felt a little misled there. Overall it was fine, just not as smooth as I expected.

I had a problem at first and, i kind of assumed it was going to be one of those situations where it drags on forever. It did take a little while to get fixed, but they stayed on it and sorted everything out in the end.
